With the perpetual threat of TWS closing I figured it was time I go there to run my car.
Lone Star Region PCA held an autocross today on the short 1.8 mile road course so it was about twice as long as your typical layout with some high speed corners and slaloms. Having never been here despite growing up an hour away it was sad to see how bad it has deteriorated and think about what could have been.
Anyway I ran a 92.66 sec run as my best (video link below), had one with 92.14 sec but I hit a cone, second in the AWD non Porsche class (4 sec behind a V10 R8) and 16th out of 64 but had a blast. Hope to do a PDX to track day before what looks like the end after this driving season.

That’s a sweet course for autocross! Wish I had something like that around here
